What’s Happening! began in 1991 as a method to inform certain Kentucky residents about their government funded programs, policies, and resources. What’s Happening! has remained a trusted, reliable, and valued resource because it doesn’t allow advertising, politics or persuasive language. What’s Happening! focuses on how our communities are growing, connecting, educating, and adapting to change.
